Great Co-workers but management needs help

Pros
Great training programs with Microsoft, Apple, and Dell. Venders normally come by and have training events and give away prizes. When it comes to taking time off you just have to ask ahead of time about 2weeks.
Cons
It was a great place to work at first but then as time goes on management tries to change things up but nothing really changes. I honestly feel that there is little communication from higher up's to the sales team. And if there is it's about how sales are hurting. Most of management is very unprofessional on how they deal with issues.
