Most managers/supervisors are some of the least knowledgeable people in the field that I have worked with. There's a good chance that you will know more about whatever you may need from them

-Base pay as a tech salesmen at the Build-Your-Own department is ok, at $10, or they will switch you over to $4 + sales commission (which varied between $10 to $15 an hour for me) -Management was strict but fair

Cons

-Limited advancement opportunities, doing warehouse inventory check is a terrible graveyard shift -sometimes had confusing sales policies
