Pros

They try very hard to promote from within. Microcenter takes very good care of its employess.Whatever the circumstance, they try to always accomadate life changes in the employees lives to the best of their ability.

Cons

Turn-overs are too high. The management team has changed quite a bit in the last few years. I believe the impact of the team on the store performance will be a lot better if we had a more consistent management team.

Most of the managers will go out of the way to make sure work is tolerable.

Cons

-Work long hours will being paid under minimum. -Constantly disorganized product placement -Work environment conditions can be hazardous. -Overstock on products that don't sell and under stocked on products that sell frequently. -Not current with product trends
