We also recently announced that we will further invest in R&D over the coming period, placing a focus on our products and enhancing their capabilities for our customers. Over the last few months, we’ve developed our new internal Career Portal which provides current employees resources to further develop and build their careers at Micro Focus. A focus on developing and retaining our talent continues to be a top priority for us.

We know that success starts with our employees and we have implemented several initiatives to further increase engagement across the organization such a new company-wide recognition program and a new career portal with access to career and 24/7 development resources. We also launched our Go To Market strategy and details have been shared with teams globally to ensure colleagues develop a deep understanding of our strategy. Pay and benefits are an important component of our total rewards and we make it a priority to conduct annual reviews with our employees to discuss their strengths and development goals. To ensure we’re competitive, we use external benchmarks to check that our pay and benefits packages are in line with the market, region by region. As a company, our primary focus is on our customers and finding ways to continue to bring value to them, while recognising our teams.
