      Very good people working at the company.

      Cons

      IT management has been hired from DXC and are pushing the entire department to DXC. Internal customer satisfaction with DXC's performance is bad.

      Great Security solutions with a great Install Base. Great people at the company.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership. Regional leadership seemed to be leading like it was managing their sales teams like it was a Glengarry Glen Ross organization. Lost a lot of great sales people due to management style.
