      There are none other than the check clears.

      Coming from HPE the company determines if you have and are making too much money, then changes your sales comp plan, raises your quota and makes it RETROACTIVE several months in the past, which then causes you to be in payback mode...so you owe them now. Also, their business model is focused on auditing their customers and then sending them a bill. They don't focus on building business; auditing and suing your customers destroys business. The building in Plano, TX is rat infested, and nothing is being done about it.
