      Good Work-Life balance No pressure, easy work

      Cons

      No Innovation! The business model is built on reducing the cost by merging or buying different companies (which are lagging behind the leaders) and just give maintenance to the customers. So, it is customer-centric model Work on really boring legacy products. The management is not driven towards innovation but rather make developers work on traditional technology and fixing a lot of bugs.
