      Lots of challenges; Loyal People; Still struggling

      Pros

      Loyal people who still remain. Good products but complex and hard to sell in this market. Mid level leaders try very hard. Great people at the individual contributor level. Good salaries. Customer success and support has been improving a lot.

      Cons

      Questionable executive management based on the last several years of failures and challenges. Too many reductions and changes causing sales teams to be mediocre. Rarely meeting quotas due to various challenges. Lots of constant change and everyone expects layoffs every year. IT systems, CRM, etc. have been a disaster since the HPE merger.

      * I would say the pay and benefits are about average for companies in this industry * Good individual contributors on teams

      * The company is struggling after acquisitions / mergers to consolidate and combine processes * Some managers are stifling progress
