      Challenging Environment

      Pros

      Technically diverse environment with the potential to learn a wide range of technologies. Great benefits and salary. Good people to work with and work for.

      Cons

      Corporate vision is difficult to follow. Annual layoffs based strictly on hard budget numbers, without consideration for soft contributions to the organization. Sales team in constant turn-over and change.

      NetIQ is dead

      It was good working for NetIQ. We had a good team of professionals. We took ownership of our work,

      NetIQ no longer exists. It is Microfocus. We have been torn apparent. Decisions being made by the new team regardless of their little knowledge of the applications, work ethics and environment we have. It is a confused mess.
