      There is lots of opportunity to help Micro Focus succeed. You have to put yourself out there, challenge the status quo and do what you say you are going to do. Expectations are high if you are up to the task. Lots of change within the company and the industry.

      Cons

      Culture and consistency. Large multi-national company that avoids making broad sweeping changes. Need to get on the front foot more. Make a decision and move forward.
