Company performance poor and significant drop in stock price the past few years 3 different CFOs in 5 years Unprofessional leadership promotes toxic culture - Execs will talk badly about each other to other employees Complaints about abusive work behaviors not addressed Leadership’s sole focus seems to be on improving bottom meaning little to no actual work on compliance or improving work culture Disregard for diversity/inclusion. People of color not treated with respect.

For sales people, it's quite a stable environment as the company seems to have hard time recruiting high caliber people

Cons

MF is now restructuring and most of the Non sales role are being externalized to low cost country. All they care is their EBIDA at 40% Their CRM migration has been creating a lots of issue and little of the benefit expected

Solid company, great benefits, large number of customers, and a lot of opportunity to work on deals with customers. Great people working at the company.

Cons

Mature software brands, defending installs is a significant sales motion, quotas aren’t bad, unless you factor declining revenue and customer interest.
