      Thank you for your feedback. As a company, our primary focus is on our customers and finding ways to continue to bring value to them, while recognising our teams. We know that success starts with our own people and we have implemented several initiatives to further increase engagement across the organisation such as a new career portal, thousands of 24/7 learning resources and a company-wide recognition program. We’ve made progress, but we know that more can be done and there are plans in place to address this.

You may know that our office in Plano moved to a new, modern location with improved facilities in 2019. We’re happy to say that we’ve had great feedback from colleagues on site. We have a strong focus on our hiring practices and developing our talent.
