      Pros

      Pay and benefits probably close to the best one can get for this area, especially the benefits (time off, medical, etc.). Absolutely great people to work with in Bellingham and Seattle.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management. It takes forever for decisions to get made and people at the top have little idea of what's going on at the bottom.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. A new comer with lesser experience can learn about Linux, Open Source Technologies, Networking Protocols etc.

      Cons

      No growth in the career after some point of time. Still working on the old technologies. Revenue is getting declined year--on-year.
