      Pros

      Has a lot of long standing products that drives the company. The company is wiling to grow and tries to do this by acquiring new companies.

      Cons

      Management is changing often and there is a lack of long term vision. The company is cost driven and that reflects in many work force reductions. The merge with the software entity of HPE is going to slowly and this might become an issue in the near future.

      Small in size, rotation opportunities within Finance very limited. Not so prominently know in the general market

      Cons

      Excellent exposure, lot of learning. Recently acquired HPE's software business so in growth mode. No.7 pure play software company. Good software solutions.
