Pros
Good work life balance. Career growth for performers again depends on manger whom you are working with. Company is growing, lot of excitement and interesting days...... Few product groups are doing good. Lot more can do and good space to innovate if management permits.
Cons
Old school of thought, not ready to take risk and explore. Lot more can do better with the support of team and management and every one should be open to take up the challenges. Micro Management in few product groups, no free hand and wont allow to make decisions.
