      Pros

      They have been in the market since forever, and they are very good at what they do - which is not necessarily good for their employees or their customers.

      Cons

      Miscommunication and micromanagement in day-to-day basis. EBITDA guides all their decisions, and getting a very large profit margin turns into a very reduced set of headcount. Attachmate's acquisition was a slaughter, and after the layoffs they continue bleeding with the best people leaving the company.
