      Pros

      Work life balance is good at novell. Although you can have huge workload at times but flexibility to take it up in your confortable time.

      Cons

      Salary is less as per the induatry and ao novell is loosing valuable emplyees every year. Novell is a legacy company.

      Communication from higher ups is horrible, even to the management staff. Too many secrets and too much game playing. Little to no support when you want to move to a different department or different role in the company
