      Pros

      very complex system ,you can learn(on your own) almost everything you think is used in a complex software developmentWhich will help you in entire career.

      Cons

      Not right time to be in here. Novell is sold twice in last 3 years.Lot of firing ,restructuring ,no future road maps and most importantly salary hikes once in every 3 year. So join only if you don't have money need and you want to learn things. Managers are joining from services companies and have very bad behavior and will make your life very difficult at times.
