      It is a big company with not a long hierarchy levels. You have the chance to meet and be recognized by senior management. Great oportunities.

      Biritsh conservative way. Not much work from home or flexible work hours.

      Some great colleagues. Company growing through aquisition.

      The relentless pace of acquisitions means the pressure on back office staff is huge and work life balance poor. I agree with the comments others have made on pay, pay increases are few and far between even for those with excellent appraisal ratings. The growth in the number of employees means the facilities at Newbury are very much under pressure, be prepared to have to find and pay for off-site parking if you arrive much later than 8.45 am.
