      Pros

      Challenging the people to Focus on execution Customer first, but seriously. Long term business strategy. Every day learning amazing things. A non stop software vendor. Helping customers with technological solution instead of just software product. If you like to be at 200% this is you company.

      Cons

      Not for beginners, there is difficult to get on board as the company is changing at high speed, witch make difficult for new employees to understand values and company mission. Very different form others software vendors, Micro Focus has global vision of the software product live and value to the customer.

      Pros

      The general approach to everything is team. From investment of personal time to resources; people are always willing to help.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much responsibility is given to one person for a whole area of focus. Such as Marketing. A company of this size could do with having a specific person supporting each product set or brand. Instead, one person supports all products thus limiting the time and attention needed to see a brand prosper in the competitive market space.
