Dental insurance Used to be remote working before acquisition, but also gone out the window Not much else, they paid a wage that was about it
Cons
Ridiculous level of micromanagement from line managers who are new to the job, ignorant and out of touch They don't treat you with respect, you are a number on their books who must achieve x y and z No salary increases Ridiculous level of scrutiny over the most minor things like fullstops at ends of sentences, whitespace etc Software setup is so over complicated, no one really knows how to debug it No career progression structure
