      Pros

      Very convenient for family needs in terms of working hours, as most employees are parents. There isn't a stress or pressure to work and do stuff, of course one shouldn't push it to far. Good place to gain experience.

      Cons

      Pretty old fashioned, the wages are below average, public transportation to the site in Yehud is poor, therefore one has to rely on his car with all the traffic jams.
