Older software and older way of doing things.

- Middle management is quite bad. They tend to unnecessarily stress people. - Lack of perspective of the company, lack of vision, complex and unsustainable products - Very little room to develop yourself within the company, to learn new areas I did not enjoy working in that company and I worked already in quite a few. The atmosphere is not enjoyable. Is a permanent feeling like you are being watched from behind by the direct manager which puts a pressure on you. Even if they recruited you, and they are supposed to have confidence in you ( because otherwise why they recruited you in thee first place ?) ) they do not trust you and this is very annoying. You are not appreciated for your successes but you are immediately taxed for your errors. They put accent on your failures. I may surely say that it is the worst company I worked for. I give them 2 stars (instead of 1) just because there are some good people in there.
