      Not a good company to work for. No growth both technically and financially

      Pros

      U can join here in case you want to work in a slow paced environment and dont want to grow.

      Cons

      No growth. You ll be totally stuck once you join here. No hike Management don't value employees who have been with this company for more than 2 years. You ll slowly start losing on your skills which you have built over the years since the kind of work you get to do here is not competent enough. They don't value their existing resources and take them for granted.

      Okay-ish company to work in.

      Pros

      There is stability with work. You don't have to be extinguishing fire all the time.

      Cons

      Most of the work is in legacy systems. So work might be boring with not much exposure to new technologies. Depends on the product.

      More support than development

      - friendly colleagues - ability to learn new stuff and self-education (granted access to pluralsight and similar) - reasonable workload

      Cons

      - mainly support/fixing of existing products - mostly outdated technologies - below average annual salary hikes
