You are right: each team is unique and given our products range from old to new technologies, different teams will be working with more or less recent technologies. As our aim is to enable our customers to work with their existing technologies in a fast evolving world, some teams are more focused on working and innovating around existing tech.
In regard to learning, we’re proactively looking at ways to encourage development and give colleagues access to learning opportunities, keep an eye out for updates on this topic over the next few months.
