      The company is detailed oriented and gives good motivation to it's workers including incentives like weekly bonuses.

      It's mission is to acquire the best talent available world wide, with the aim of developing the field of AI for the good of our global community. To make it into their workspaces you need to prove your abilities and capabilities through an AI interview.

      Pros

      Prompt guidance on edge cases for tasks. Clear communications on changes in guidelines or the platform. The platform is simple to use with the necessary tools readily available. The management team allows the annotator team to give their feedback, which they mostly consider and make necessary changes where applicable. The management team sends reminders on meeting the daily target and offers their availability to help if one is facing challenges.

      Cons

      Micro1 sets weekly tasks target which at times one might not be able to accomplish and be warned about their failure and given one week chance to redeem themselves.
