      The compensation at Micro1 is very good, better than other companies I've worked for in this industry. (I've noticed some people leave quickly because it seems too good to be true, but I can assure you it's real.) But what truly sets this company apart is how they treat people. From day one, you're treated with respect and kindness, and that same standard is expected in how you interact with everyone else. We actually take the time to talk with each person individually to make sure they feel supported. This creates an incredible work environment where people genuinely feel valued. It's rare to find a company that combines competitive pay with such a strong emphasis on human connection and respect. Highly recommend working here.

      The initial interview is conducted by an AI, which at first might give the impression that this is just another company where you'll never interact with actual humans. However, there are real people behind the scenes reviewing your interview results, and once you pass that stage, all your interactions are with real people.
