      I started working as a software engineer at Micro1 around 6 months earlier and overall, I am very pleased with my experience so far. The company culture is great and I feel valued as a member of the team. Additionally, the company is always investing in new technologies and tools, which has allowed me to expand my skill set and stay current in the industry.       - Best in the market pay. - Opportunity to work with clients overseas remotely, and be a part of their ecosystem. - Best in class projects. - Timely pay

      Cons

      - need to work according to US timezone. - can’t enjoy social life as you would work mostly at nights. - permanent WFH due to which you miss office atmosphere and don’t feel like you’re a part of company. It sometimes feels depressing
