Not the worst company, but it's worth noting that the owner displayed moodiness and was often perceived as unreasonable, sometimes even rude, towards the employees. Benefits were below average.

Everything about MCAD is challenging. The number one culprit is the owner. Micromanagement, verbal abuse, unrealistic expectations, gossip, and fear mongering is experienced every single day. This place is the textbook definition of a toxic work environment. Every positive review is a lie. The staff was actively harassed to leave positive reviews. Owner hires international staff for pennies on the dollar and passes them as US-based to the customer for top consulting fees. This place is an IRS investigation waiting to happen.
