This review is focused mostly for the front office staff and owner. The best way to describe this business is a facade. They make you think it’s a great place to work, it's not. The Watertown office is a hostile and uncomfortable environment. The owner is rude, loud, obnoxious and extremely inappropriate with staff. I did not meet with him during the interview process. Employees have told me the questions they were asked during interviews and they are so inappropriate. Makes me wonder why anyone would accept an offer.
If you make a mistake, the entire office will hear him yelling at you. You will not get a raise working for Microcad3d, you will not be appreciated, and bonuses are given by his discretion. There is also no HR on site, they work remote. You will not be invested in; the software being used is a joke. They still use ACT! for CRM. Full blown arguments on the main floor between employees and the owner are a weekly occurrence. One positive note to this review is the sales team working (mostly remote) are some of the best and talented people in the business. They work very well together and have extensive knowledge of the products.
