      Good work life balance, by that, I mean less work or no work.

      Pros

      Good top management, company's growth(by acquisitions) is the result of CEO and his teams strategy and hard work.

      Cons

      Conventional Microchip especially MCU16 group is not recommended to work with. Middle level management is pathetic, slow decision making, less focus on customer needs, delayed projects.

      Overall there is a sense of doing the right thing. Listen to your customers, do what you can to help them succeed in what they do!

      Cons

      Lots of growth is good; the downside is the number of products to keep track off is difficult.
