Pathetic salary structure. Few groups have huge work pressure. lab is not up to the mark.

Work life balance is encouraged and the culture is pretty good (on my team at least).

Cons

Lower than industry average. Also, employees have seen their pay cut by 10% for several months twice in the 4 years I've been there
