Good company for analog. Not so for SOC

work life . common people. management easy to approach . very grass root company with good human interaction.
Cons
due to lack of innovation in technologies, lot of folks roaming around with nothing to do and time on their hands. They can act weird sometimes. Lot of folks not willing to try new ideas in design. Sometimes basic idea takes years to adopt . BEWARE OF IT SUPPORT. when i left the company they physically asked me to lift all the hardware and give it to them . failing which they said they will not release the paperwork. Sounds like they are running a mafia. Cleaning the desk is employees resp . but not lifting all the hardware . IT FOLKS very rude and brash and act as if they are working for Google. Pay and bonus can get stagnant quiet understandably.
