Microchip Technology reviews

I work for at a site that was acquired by Microchip a couple of years ago. The old management style still lingers on.

Very Low pay. People are leaving left and right for other companies in the area that pay $5-10 more per hour. Management's response is to tell employees that they should work here for the "Culture" not the money. Pay probably won't increase until Minimum Wage does.
