      Like the management, down to earth, approachable

      Should consider to build parking garage for the employee as it's very hot in the summer to have car parked outside for the entire day

      Pros

      The culture itself is something you don't find in most places. They listen to their employees and involve them in ideas for the site. They have open communication on what is going on, and are up front about everything. There is a great amount of room to grow if you want to. A lot of longevity at this site. If you are looking for a company that is invested in you, this is the place!

      Cons

      This is not an industry everyone can handle. Some take it personally when it doesn't work out.
