Business Outlook
Pros
All benefits are great. Training is provided when just being hired for you to succeed. People in general in the company are great - no one really bothers one another and keeps it about work. Great offices.
Cons
Low pay. Very small raises and promotions when it comes to pay. It also depends on what position you are in of course. My specific role was overlooked many of the times because I was not outside sales or greater yet we were the backbone to keeping the customer happy and did the same amount of legwork as the outside sales just paid way less.
