Pros
Good Track record of low-cost and low-tech products. Guiding Values are excellent on paper… peers are generally good.
Cons
Very slow and very cheap to their employees. Employees are NOT their no. 1 asset as demonstrated in the past few years. (Going against one of their 11 guiding values). Example: borrowing salary money from employees to issue record dividends. Payback and reward is VERY slow and disproportionately small.
