      It's a job, but it's a cheap job.

      Pros

      Nothing. Don't expect to do great things here.

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses (even thought that's supposed to be a perk), no capital for new tools or equipment. They feed you RSUs instead of raises and there's no way to move up in the company - dead end job.
