      Pros

      Good people, good benefits. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Very strict hybrid schedule where they monitor when you are in the office. Very slow moving company. You can grow with the company but takes a very long time.

      Climate controlled. Weekends off. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      No bonuses like told at interview. Very low pay. Have to be employed 4 years to be vested in stock. SMT operators work 10x harder than other employees for same or less pay.

      People are helpful and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Upper managements don't have a clear business plan. Low base salary. Promotions and raises are impossible to get. Upper management does not follow the company's mission. They encourage continuous learning but opportunities are not given.
