Pros
This company is like family. People are encouraged to communicate openly and rewards are good when times are good and everyone pulls together to sacrifice and make it through the difficult business times. Layoffs are avoided if at all possible. There are numerous training opportunities and everyone who faces customers are trained extensively and practice a winning methodology. Bonuses are not commissions but rather are based on the company goals being met. Stock has been a good performer and a decent dividend payment and a 25+ year history of profitability.
Cons
The salaries may not be as high as some. But some rewards are more than just money. If you want a high salary this may not be the job for you. But if you want a rewarding company culture, this is your place. If you are allergic to change and close teamwork, you won't like it here.
