      You get quarterly bonuses if the company is doing well, You are also granted stock throughout your time.

      Cons

      Management are unsupportive and lack management skills. 1-2-1s are unstructured and no formal goals or feedback given so you are unable to gauge how well you are doing. Management also do not want employees to progress and would rather get external people in rather than promote internally, unless it is a high profile position.
