      Pros

      This has been my least stressful job in my entire career. The atmosphere and culture is very laid back. The company understands we are people with lives and is very accommodating. The benefits are also great - the best I’ve had. Seems like very good job security as well. During Covid all employees took a temporary pay cut as to prevent layoffs.

      Cons

      I did hear raises aren’t great, I am newer so I haven’t experienced first hand yet. However benefits and total compensation do make up for salary. Hopefully raises pick up to keep good employees happy!

      Very easy-going work environment. Friendly employees. Team unity is strong.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Technology upgrades could be more friendly. Work-from-home environment is hit or miss, could use better overall culture towards it.
