      Pros

      CEO shares business strategy and rationale for decisions. Much more communicative than CEOs of other similarly sized companies. WLB is great. Benefits are competitive. Culture is great.

      Cons

      Compensation is lower than industry average. Career opportunities are limited. Promotions are often based on seniority and not capability.

      Talented people (at the bottom), competitive benefits, location

      Cons

      Pay is lower than average on Glassdoor comparison curve. No bonuses, and pay decreased. Management has unrealistic expectations for volume of work and time frame allotted for completion of projects. The sheer volume of work required for the projects they take on could easily employ twice as many employees. If you survived the recent layoff, you’re rewarded with a heavier workload and decreased pay. No investment in professional development of junior employees and no celebration of senior employees’ loyalty.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Excellent managers, everyone is down to earth and willing to help. Good environment for learning. Laid back, flexible hours and work from home (even before the pandemic started). Feeling secure in this job even with the current economic recession looming.

      Cons

      They tend to hire new college grads over more qualified people, because the pay is lower. Their business model is to acquire others over perfecting own product line, although I have seen the benefit in most acquisition. They tend to promote people based on how long they have worked here.
