Fab5 You have to know people to move up in the company. In another words it’s who know not what you know.apply for position and get no response. If you have experience they don’t value that. They only value who you know.They don’t value their employees. All they care about is their numbers, they want you to be positive but management is poor when talking to people they don’t talk professional to you they just treat you like your dirt. Job is very highly stressful. They say we need to be in standard of microchip but old management from the old company has not changed their ways.

Place is in need of repair. They say they care about the employees but they do not. Management had a gift for delivering "hand grenades" in the form of policy for the supervisors to hand out. Then when things exploded, the supervisors had to bear the brunt of trying to keep all things together. HR is not your friend. They do not do any investigation. If two or more people will collude against you, HR will not do any detailed investigation or get your side of the story. They will look to hang you though. In response to how are things going it is best to only say something nice. If you say something negative it will show up on your review. No OT compensation to exempts and you WILL put in extra hours at your expense. Shift work. You put in 84 hours minimum every two weeks. You receive 80 hours of pay. Over 10 years they owe you 1040 extra hours of pay you will never see. This does not include coming in early and leaving late after passdowns.
