Caters to low cost markets No cutting edge products Misses on industry trends (like AI) More focus on cutting costs rather than increasing revenue No WFH policy (HR tracks this) Salaries are on lower side compared to industry Poor hikes and promotion Most of the employees come here for retirement and chill life
