      Knowledgeable co-workers, good wafer fab performance

      Cons

      Corporate management (BU directors and above) repeatedly led the company into financially disastrous programs, leading to year-over-year decay in economic parameters.

      Good experience overall. I was exposed to a lot of systems and interfaces. Fast paced. Lots of tapeouts New challenges

      Cons

      They have lower salaries other than the rest of the market. Lots of travel. I had to travel all year.

      Pros

      Fairly relaxed work environment. Love the compressed work week. Good benefits, including free clinic onsite.

      Cons

      High attrition, mediocre pay, low and inconsistent raises. They absolutely refuse to pay better no matter how many people complain. Currently cutting back staff like crazy, but the same workload, so we have to do a lot more work for the same pay. Work is quickly becoming high-stress and the positive culture is no longer.
