There are lot:
The is very little to no growth once you join the organization.
The hikes does not happen every year and even if it happens its below industry standards
The company is not technology focused and still work with older tools
The project management is really poor as there is lack of visibility in the projects
Onsite opportunity is rare and even if you are lucky they would send you for 3 - 4 weeks
The finance department taxes your reimbursements also.
The top management does not listen to people and the company is semi-government. The reason why its semi government is that when there are deliverable then you are expected to stay late or work from home in late hours and join calls from home.
Lot of meetings held in out of office hours due to no overlap between the work timings in US and India.
