Pros
Great culture and a lot of learning opportunities via their training department. The production staff are all very friendly and welcoming.
Cons
The production staff are at times treated as second class citizens. It is very difficult to advance up the ranks and senior management had too tight of a level of control over lower level employees which negates the effectiveness of direct supervisors.
