Business Outlook
Pros
Good people to work with (Culture), Stable company no layoffs. Management OK, my Boss is great though. He is one of the best managers I've had in all of my places of employment.
Cons
The pay is tremendously low compared to other companies, you get more responsibilities without a promotion. I'm doing the job of two people that left the company and still making the same money, and they use to make much more money then me. Not Fair!
