      The work life balance is here is incredible. The culture if very laid back and results oriented. If you get your job done, nobody is going to question how many hours you work. No time cards or anything like that. Generous employee stock purchase plan and stock options.

      Cons

      Not many WFH opportunities. Pay is going to be average with others in the industry.
